Jill Gerardi’s career is blooming. For 14 years, she worked in the investment field, tending the growth of her clients’ portfolios. However, her passion has always been gardening, and we’re lucky she followed her bliss. For three years Jill has been garden manager of our Edwardsville store, where she encourages the growth of flowers, trees and all things green. Jill also orders inventory such as plants, fountains, bird baths and gifts. She says, “I love the high energy at Market Basket. Everyone here is happy; it’s a very inspirational team. And the customers are great.”

Since 1999, Jill and her two teenage daughters have lived in Edwardsville.
